Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is committed to their four Cardinal Principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

Focused on community service and social justice, the fraternity supports marginalized communities through educational outreach, health campaigns, and mentorship. Members are encouraged to excel academically while building strong bonds of brotherhood. The UT Knoxville chapter hosts cultural events and leadership development opportunities, aiming to positively impact the campus and Knoxville community, upholding Omega Psi Phi’s lasting legacy. Through these efforts, the fraternity inspires future generations to lead with integrity and purpose.
