Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is dedicated to sisterhood, academic excellence, and community service.

Founded to support the African American community and promote social justice, the UT Knoxville chapter actively engages in initiatives focused on education, health, and youth development. Members organize service projects, mentoring programs, and workshops that encourage personal growth and community involvement. Alongside philanthropy, Sigma Gamma Rho values academic achievement, supporting each other’s educational goals and fostering strong sisterhood. Through service and leadership, the chapter makes a positive impact on campus and the Knoxville community, committed to improving lives.
