Zeta Phi Beta also emphasizes academic success, encouraging members to excel in studies and leadership roles. Through social events and workshops, the sorority fosters a supportive space for personal and professional growth, making a positive impact in Knoxville and beyond, embodying their motto of “Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.”
